By accessing and using this Site and/or registering for and participating in the Pizza Ranch® "Ranch Rewards®" Program (the "Rewards Program") you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Program and the rules and regulations outlined below. To participate in the Rewards Program, you must be 13 years of age or older and will need to become a Member by establishing an account with respect to which we will ask you to provide personal information such as name, postal and email addresses, and telephone and cell phone numbers. Any information that you provide to us will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Communications that you send to this Site such as questions are considered to be non-confidential and non-proprietary.Reward Program Rules
Pizza Ranch® offers the Rewards Program as our way of showing appreciation for the loyalty of our guests, by awarding guests participating in the Rewards Program points based on the amount of their purchases of qualifying food and beverages at participating Pizza Ranch® restaurants or online, and allowing such guests to redeem those points for rewards that can be used to obtain discounts on future purchases of food and beverages from participating Pizza Ranch® restaurants. The Rewards Program is only accessible to registered members ("Members"). In order to register for the Rewards Program, you must complete an online registration form that includes your name, postal and email addresses, telephone, user name, password, and opt-in. The registration form will also ask several brief questions to determine more about the Member. These questions are used by us to develop marketing programs that will be of interest to individual Members. The following rules govern the Rewards Program and may be changed at any time in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Program. Changes will become effective when they are posted on this Site, and a Member’s continued use of the Rewards Program will constitute the Member’s acceptance of the changes. Pizza Ranch® reserves the right to modify, amend or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time.(a) Accounts who already receive special discounted pricing may not be eligible to participate in the Rewards Program. Organizations with House Accounts are responsible for developing their own internal policies regarding use of Ranch Rewards cards by members of their organization.
(b) One point will be awarded to a Member's Rewards Program account for each U.S. dollar that the Member spent on purchases of qualifying food and beverages from participating Pizza Ranch® restaurants. Points will be awarded based on the amount of the qualifying purchase rounded up or down to the nearest dollar.
(c) Points will not be awarded for any non-food or beverage items such as taxes, room rental or employee tips. Points will not be awarded for purchases paid for with rewards dollars earned under the Rewards Program or purchases paid for with gift cards.
(d) Points will automatically be converted, as soon as the minimum number of banked points ("hurdle rate") is achieved, for rewards that can be used to obtain a specified dollar amount of discount off the price of a future purchase of food and beverages at a participating Pizza Ranch® restaurant. Partial awards cannot be given for amounts of points that are less than the defined hurdle rates.
(e) Reward hurdle rates are subject to change at any time. The current Reward hurdle rate is 75 points for a $5 reward.
(f) Rewards will be automatically loaded onto the Member's Rewards Program Card, which must be registered with Pizza Ranch® in order to be used to obtain the discount off future meal purchases.
(g) Points and rewards will expire one year from the date they were earned. Special bonus and promotional points/rewards may have different expiration dates.
(h) Point values and promotional offers are subject to adjustment by Pizza Ranch® at any time without notice. However, once bonus points are banked, their accumulated value remains static (unless forfeited for not being used within 12 months, and subject to Pizza Ranch® discontinuing the Rewards Program).
(i) Rewards Program points have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash.
